Terms and Conditions

Return Policy


To return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.


You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days from the date of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and gift packaging charges.


Shipping charges incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.


Shipping charges are not refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error.


We need the following information to process your return (If this information is not included, we will not be able to process your return):

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original order confirmation number
  • The reason for returning the goods

All returns must be shipped back to FLOWERS AND SCENTS using a trackable courier service. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)


Any package that has not been received by FLOWERS AND SCENTS and tracking information cannot be provided will be the sole responsibility of the sender.


**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.


If your package is returned to FLOWERS AND SCENTS marked “refused”, “unclaimed” or “undeliverable”, and you wish to have it reshipped, we will unfortunately have to charge a $5.95 reshipping fee.


Canceling Your Order

Because we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we cannot cancel or modify your order once it has been shipped. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service department.
