Purchase Process
The flowersandscents.com e-commerce ordering process is easy to use. Just follow these steps:
1. If you have an account, log in, if you don’t, register!
1.1 Once you have logged in to our online store, you will see the following message:

Once you have completed the login process, you can browse our store, click on the products you are interested in, read the description, add the products to the shopping cart and, once you have all the products you wish to purchase, enter the shopping cart and click on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
3. Next, you will need to enter all the information on the form and you will also need to select the “Payment Method” you wish to use. It is very important that you submit your information correctly because we will use it to verify your payment to ship the product. Once you have completed the information, click on “I accept the terms and conditions” and then click on the “Place Order” button.

4. Once you have done your online payment, the next screen will show you the confirmation of the order.

5. If you pay with your credit card, your order will be processed inmmediatly the payment has been accepted, while if you have selected the options for Bank Transfer or Zelle, you will need to confirm the payment of your order. To do this, please go to your account and click on “Notification of Payment”.
5.2 : In “Notification of Payment” you will fill out the corresponding form and be sure to enter the data correctly. At the end, please click on “Submit”.
At the end of this process, we will email you a thank you message with general information about your order.
6. As soon as we get and verify your payment, the order will be processed immediately according to your instructions and to the products ordered.
